An early ecommerce adaptor, Lush Longboards has been selling longboard skateboards direct on their website since 1999. With a wealth of digital experience, long brand history and strong vision, we were very excited to be asked to completely redesign their website.

Branding and lifestyle is extremely important in the skate market, so we worked closely with the client to convey the passion inherit within the brand. With such a huge back catalogue of photography, we were able to create collaged banners with Instagram-style filters for an immediate, friendly and casual social appeal.

Travel is a key plank of the brand message, and we reflected this with several visual cues throughout the site.

Built using the most up-to-date SEO technology we could lay our hands on, the site is optimized for customer acquisition via organic search and fully mobile friendly.

We built a sophisticated filtering, taxonomy and tagging system to tie landing pages directly to products, and make it super easy for a customer to access all the information on a particular product.

This bespoke system is designed to work within the brand’s social, organic and PPC advertising campaigns to drive customers through Lush’s sales funnel, offer maximum support post-purchase, and create an enjoyable brand experience.

The end result is a great looking responsive site that makes purchasing your next longboard that little bit easier and encourages you to join a community of explorers looking for the next great ride!
